Best Hotpot in Durham or Cary?
Looking for a hotpot spot that's better than (edit: *even better than*) Szechuan Mansion on 9th St. and KPOT, and specifically a place where everyone can have their own broth. I used to love KPOT but their menu has shrunk while weekend prices have inflated. Anything exceptionally good in Cary?
