Hello,
I live in Western Mass. My neighbor has a pitbull. She’s a female bully breed dog not sure what exactly she is but she’s definitely part pitbull.
Anyways, I want to report her for numerous reasons.
1.) This dog has never gone outside. I have lived in my apartment for 7 months now and I have never seen her take this dog outside once.
2.) The dog is extremely reactive and constantly will bark and work herself up over ANYTHING. the slightest noise or movement sets her off. keep in mind i live upstairs and they are downstairs.
3.) I saw a giant box of pee pads out on the side of the road when it was trash/recycling day. Which confirms my theory of her never going outside. When you walk into entry way to the apartment you can smell heavy ammonia and feces smell seeping out of her door.
4.) One time the dog was freaking out at me as i was trying to leave and for some fucking reason she (the neighbor) decided to open the door and the dog almost got loose and charged at me. the only saving grace was her “owner” (i say that very loosely) grabbed her collar and had to force her back into the apartment.
I’m so sick of dealing with this and I want better for this dog. This dog deserves a life with a big field to run in, shouldn’t ever have to live in its piss and shit like that. Everytime I look into the apartment windows the dog is up staring outside. She clearly is pent up and needs help and intervention. Not to mention the state that apartment is in. I haven’t seen the inside to it’s full potential but from what i can see it’s a complete hoarders paradise.
Anyways I would appreciate ANY advice that you guys have. I just want better for this dog. It’s just the vet tech in me.
