I might apply to be a Literary Editor for Blueprint Magazine, but I'm curious:

1. What is the pay like? (Couldn't find information about it.)

2. What kinds of pieces would I be editing? (there's a general description, but it doesn't go into specifics.)

3. What is the workload like weekly/ monthly?
