My Peptide Stack

Hey guys! New to this sub so Thought I’d share my experience so far since I’ve been running both together and I know a lot of people are curious 👇

---

📊 Stats / Setup
- Running Retatrutide alongside Glow stack
- ~1000+ calorie deficit daily
- Training every day (mix of weights + activity)
- Using pre-filled pens on both glow and Reta (no reconstitution/mixing myself)

---

⚖️ Results so far
- Down 1.81kg in the first week
- Weight is consistently trending down week to week
- Appetite control is VERY noticeable

Honestly, the fat loss side of this has been exactly what I was hoping for.

---

⚡ Energy & Performance
This is the part that surprised me most:

Even in a pretty aggressive deficit, I’ve had:
- Solid energy throughout the day
- No major crashes
- Training performance holding up well

Usually I’d expect to feel drained at this point, but that hasn’t really happened.

---

💪 Recovery
Recovery actually feels better than expected:
- Less soreness between sessions
- Able to train consistently without feeling run down

Not sure how much is from each peptide, but overall it’s a noticeable improvement.

---

✨ Glow Stack Effects (Skin, etc.)
This has been a nice bonus:
- Skin looks clearer and a bit brighter
- Slight “healthier” look overall

Nothing crazy overnight, but definitely noticeable after a couple weeks.

---

⚠️ Side Effects (being honest)

Not completely smooth sailing:

- Had a couple bouts of gut issues
- Sulfur burps
- Some diarrhoea / nausea, especially early on

This seemed to:
- Come in waves
- Be worse after certain foods / bigger meals

BUT…

👉 It hasn’t been constant, and it’s settled down as I’ve adjusted diet + portions.

---

🍽️ Diet Notes
- Eating pretty clean overall
- Smaller meals seem to help a lot
- Heavier/fattier foods = more chance of stomach issues

---

🧠 Overall Thoughts (so far)

Pros:
+ Strong appetite suppression
+ Consistent weight loss
+ Good energy even in a big deficit
+ Improved recovery
+ Skin improvements from Glow

Cons:
– Some GI issues (manageable but real)
– Need to be mindful with food choices

---

🏁 Conclusion (3 weeks in)

So far, this combo has been:
👉 Very effective for fat loss
👉 Surprisingly manageable day-to-day

As long as you:
- Keep food choices sensible
- Don’t overeat
- Stay hydrated

…it’s been working really well.
