Curious to know why one FJ shirt has the small, rectangular FJ label and the other has the traditional square label. Is this athletic vs. Regular fit?

Can anyone speak to living in the townhouses in this area? Not so much about annoying neighbours, rather the structure, quality and integrity of the homes. We’re considering the area and I’d love to hear your experiences
