Hi everyone, I’m preparing my I-485 and considering working with Chen, they are sending the the blank I-485 retainer soon but told me that it will take about 4 weeks for them to prepare my package after I provide everything on my side, if all the documents are correct it will take them at least 2 weeks to review and prepare the package. I really want to file on May to avoid a potential visa bulletin retrogression and I feel it will be tight. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has recently gone through the I-485 process with them. Were there any issues with delays, document requests, or communication. Do you feel the fee was worth it?
