My 14 yr old sister admitted that she signed up for a dating app; said she was 18; hooked up with a 22 yr old guy from the app and she ended up getting pregnant.

She wants to put the guy on child support but she doesn’t want the guy to get in trouble. If she goes through the state and puts him on child support; will the state automatically notice the age gap and charge him? What about if she just has him sign the birth certificate at the hospital; do the nurses have to alert the police?
