Hello How Are you I have a query I own a Chrysler with a 5.7 engine

recently I started suffering from Hemi tick sound due to damaged Lifters and this led to damage to the camshaft also

the repair shop says replace the camshaft with a (Hellcat camshaft) with a complete Hellcat Lifters kit is it possible this to my stock engine?
