Starting weight

I’m somewhat new to working out using my apartment gym and this is one of my two lower body workouts. I’m struggling to find a good starting weight. My job offers at fitness app and has this as one of the programs so not even sure if these are good workouts. Im a 5’8 27M that weights 125. I know the rule is to be able to do them with good form but not feel like you can do too many more reps.

Dumbbell Plié Squat
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
Bulgarian Split Squat
Hip Thrust
Leg Press
Standing Calf Raise

Mixing it up

My job provides a free fitness app that I use to track my workouts. I have found something I think works for me and I do the same things. Should I be switching it up? Also, how do you guys break up the different days?

I am a beginner and use my apartment gym. There are few machines and dumb bells but was trying to find a good work out for building muscle. I am a 27Y M who has always been scrawny. Every time I look for a routine I feel judged by others because I don’t know what I’m doing. I am hoping this is a judgement free place
