Should I Buy a House on an East Veedipotu Plot With Open West Side After HYDRA Road Changes?
Thinking of buying a house on this plot and wanted some unbiased opinions from people experienced with real estate/construction.
Plot details:
- Approx 30x50
- Main direct T road on the East side (30 ft road)
- West side also has a newly formed open road area after HYDRA fenced it's land and allocated a road around the fence, but the plot is separated by roughly 20 ft open space/setback before that road
- The west road curves, so the plot now has a lot of openness and ventilation on that side. No immediate building blocking the west side currently
Pros I see:
- Good airflow and ventilation
- Better natural light
- Future appreciation because of open space
- Less congested compared to normal residential plots
- G+1 with scope of another floor for rental
Concerns:
- Not sure how much the HYDRA road/fencing changes affect long-term value/legal clarity
- West side is not directly touching the road anymore due to the buffer/open space
- Wondering if resale buyers see this street perpendicular to the east as an issue due to some vastu superstition
Would you consider this a good buy for long-term appreciation and future construction?
What would you watch out for before purchasing?
