Today I suddenly discovered that my lp3 won't charge! I have checked for debris, dust, etc., albeit there was some dust inside the port that I carefully removed with a wooden toothpick, it didn't solve the problem. I have been using the original LP3 USB-c cable and have occasionally used an apple USB-c cable.
I can in some positions get a connection, but it's very fragile, one tap at the cable and the connection cuts. I’m terrified of it becoming completely defect. (Yes I have tried many different cables and bricks, all the same result.)
I have sent this to the service department @ lightphone but wanted to hear if anyone else is struggling too and has some tips on what to do. The lp3 is my only phone at the moment, I don’t have an old smart phone anymore either. So I’m panicking, hehe.
