This week's episode of NOVA is titled Rain Bombs. It's about microbursts, but never once do they use that term. Instead they say the scientific term is downburst, but the term Rain Bomb is now being used.
By who? Is this yet another attempt at sensationalizing the weather or is this actually a real thing?
