Been noticing this for a while, but the more I look at it, the more it feels like the whole gaming ecosystem is still kinda… fragmented and scattered?

Like yeah, gaming is huge now — but behind the scenes everything still feels patched together.

Players

* Grinding daily but no real record outside ranked

* Getting thrown into random lobbies with mixed skill

* Hard to find consistent, fair matches, paying on WhatsApp to a random person just to know that the prizepool never gonna come.

Organizers

* Running scrims/tournaments manually on Discord/WhatsApp

* Handling slots, payments, results, disputes themselves which delays the payouts and gets you the tag of scammer !

* Can’t scale even if players are ready and it leads to players leaving community in long term.

* Always have to prove they’re legit

Creators

* Posting content but fully dependent on cringe biased algorithms and still pay 45-55% of revenue to the platform itself.

* Hard to actually monetize their own community

* Audience ≠ participation

Viewers / fans

* Mostly just watching or scrolling

* Not many ways to actually get involved and nothing in return

It just feels like:

* community is strong

* demand is there

* but system is lowkey broken

Everything works… but nothing really works properly.

No place where different organisers can host daily scrims and tourneys and cater much larger players community and players have choice to select tournament which is suitable to their rank , game, time and registration budget.

So what do you guys think?

Where’s the biggest issue right now?

Curious what everyone’s experience has been.
