First image here is the same as the original post, thought I'd put it again to show the overall progress.

I've put a lot of effort into bettering myself over the past year, and thought that there's now enough difference in my appearance since my last post to do a follow up. The main thing that's really changed in the past year is how I style my hair, since my last post I've started having my hair tied back a lot more rather than having it down, and I've completely changed how I style my hair when it is down (it took me until March this year to figure out I had wavy hair and that's why it kept frizzing when I brushed it dry!)
