About a year ago me (2OM) and my brother (22M) visited a wildlife refuge of which held an abundance of naturally occurring opal, to which we took a about one-inch piece with us for keepsake.
Since then, storing the opal in our vicinity has brought some great relative misfortune (car trouble, relationship trouble, mental health issues, the works).
Not much of really anything like this was occurring before acquiring this unfortunate stone.
Could this be related to the opal, and if so, what do we do?
