Hey guys,
I've finally encountered a problem I've seen so many of my fellow Spravatans (shoutout u/RedditUserName1974 for that title, it's brilliant) be afflicted by and that's a delay of medication shipment. By the time I get my next treatment it will have been 16 days between doses when I've only gone as much as 7 days before. Unfortunately, when I received the call of how long it would be before they had their next delivery, I asked if there was anything I could do to support myself with such a sudden long stretch between sessions and all they had to offer was that maybe they'd be able to get me in sooner.
All that whininess to say, or rather, ask: any suggestions of what I can do to help myself out until my next treatment? I still have 5 more days to go and it really started to be noticeable today, so any suggestions would be deeply appreciated ♥︎
