Misleading price information at Laura Salon, Forum Mall
Went to Laura Salon for a kids haircut and had a pretty disappointing experience.
The service itself was okay, nothing to complain about there. But the pricing felt very misleading. They had a board outside clearly mentioning “Kids Haircut – ₹399”. After the haircut, they charged us ₹630. When we questioned it, they said the ₹399 price was only for boys—which was NOT mentioned anywhere.
This honestly feels like a tactic to bring customers in with lower prices and then charge more later. If there are different rates, it should be clearly stated upfront.
Never expected this kind of thing from a reputed brand. It really breaks trust.
Has anyone else faced something similar with salons?
Also—should I formally complain somewhere (consumer forum or something), or just leave it as a bad review and move on?
