Hi guys, just wanted to share my interview experience I applied for Senior Software consultant role, had 6 ROUNDS of interviews and now ghosted by the recruiter. The last one was client round which included live coding whereas the previous rounds were different. I invested a lot of time in interview and prep and initial round included 3 hours coding test as well. Now the recruiter just informed that client interview feedback wasn’t strong enough and she’s not even picking my call now. Extremely disappointed and disheartened. Anyone has a similar experience and do they only rely on client feedback?
