Third times a charm
I made macarons for the third time ever today and I’m so proud!!! WAY more of a consistent bake than my first two attempts months ago, and I actually had piping bags for the meringue and filling this time, not just ziplock bags… lol 😅
Both are vanilla macarons, one with browned butter butter cream and homemade caramel, and the second with butter cream and homemade raspberry jelly!!
Definitely already have notes to improve next time but MUCH more confident to make these again after this bake 🩷
