i’m a 16 y/o girl with psoriasis on my scalp, and i think i might have psoriatic arthritis. i get pain in my hips, toes, and fingers. sometimes stiffness in my knees but no pain unless going up stairs or hills. no swelling (that i’ve noticed) or nail problems. i have a doctors appointment soon, and i was wondering what to say and ask. i always try to prepare myself for doctors appointments but i always miss something lmao. i also suck at explaining my symptoms, and was wondering if someone could help me with that.
