I started my own roofing & restoration company as well as a permanent lighting and Christmas light business. I don’t have any family and I’ve moved around a lot after graduating highschool. I have a business plan with monthly and yearly revenue, projected revenues, jobs already in my CRM that are signed/have insurance paperwork or have committed to Christmas lights when the season comes. My problem is cash flow. Insurance companies holding depreciation or paying for roofs and then dragging ass to get the first check mailed to the homeowner is killing me. My credit is horrible from being a dumbass in my younger 20’s. I don’t come from much and I’m not using any of these things as an excuse. My work ethic, drive and communication skills, knowledge in the industry is inevitably going to lead to success. I’m going to be honest I just need help with cash flow. How can I get $10,000-$15,000 just to get ahead with material and labor on 2 jobs. That’s all I need and then from there is a revolving cycle of new customers, new claims, closing claims. I will pay back 20% on top of the $10,000-$15,000 I borrow. I will sign a contract between me and said person and get it notarized. I went all in on this! I just need someone to believe in me, give me the money and let me do what I know how to do. The recipe is there I just don’t have the kitchen to cook… Anyways is a long shot but any chance someone wants to invest (which I know this is crazy asking that) but I’d pay you back or give you a % of my company/companies. Or any ideas on how to get the funding with absolute shit credit no co signer
