Any other order writers mostly grocery have an SOI so big for the weekends and so little during the week and why is that when I order up during the week it’ll still tell me to order an abundance amount of product?
Is it me or is being an order writer becoming much harder ? All these expectations like cycle counting following metrics soi being too big working backstock supervising team members always getting blamed when something goes wrong I’m just an order writer not an ATL or Team Leader I feel like I’m being overworked to the point where I’m getting burnt out and more and more frustrated anyone else having this problem or feeling?
