What is the statute of limitations or required time frame to report immigration fraud?
I know very little about this legally and honestly probably won’t do anything with the info.
The reason I’m asking is because, around 10 years ago, I was in a friend group where a woman and her roommate took advantage of the new LGBTQ laws in order to get her roommate a green card.
I was threatened mercilessly and they tried to get me fired. I’ve kept my mouth shut for that reason. I don’t think I want to report (I don’t want to stoop to their level of evil) but am curious.
