To what extent does brain fog limit you? For example, can you still drive or play video games?

In 2020, I developed cognitive PSSD, but I was still able to play games. I was terrible at them, but I still had fun. I could also study small things, though with many limitations. Since having a crash in 2025, I can no longer do any of that. I was wondering: how much does brain fog limit you?
