Hello friendly people - I'd love some ideas for a recent widow who is still grieving the unexpected loss of her spouse. She feels quite alone and has anxiety as she's now the caregiver for 2 adult children on the spectrum.

• Christian, quite religious (I'm not so if there are suggestions please be specific..)

• Anything to self soothe, ground, do mindlessly (eg. puzzles).
