Course - Electronic Circuit Cad Simulations

Problem - Perform an interactive simulation and have your oscilliscope show the graph above/below.

I have included the question, the components that were already laid out by our lecturer and how the graph is supposed to look.

I have tried to run the simulation but keep getting simulation errors. So here's my circuit and the simulation log. Please do provide me with any help or advice that you may have.
