Hi everybody! Due to a change in academic plans I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 01. It is 1 BR in a 2 BR in collegetown terrace and comes with parking. It's right at the edge of collegetown, and gets regular bus service to campus. It has a gym and laundry rooms, and it honestly seems like a nice middle ground between some of the older houses and the luxury apartments. DM if interested. Thanks!
