Ordered a UDM Pro Max, 2x USW-PRO-XG-48-POE, and a bunch of UACC-DAC-SFP10-0.5M.
One of the UACC-DAC-SFP10-0.5M is dead on arrival.
RMA approved, but they want me to pay to ship it back.
They are $13.00 USD.
Why on gods earth would I pay $10.00 to get a working replacement of something that should have arrived in working order. They can login to my dashboard and see that it is throwing errors. You would think they would just ship me a new one and ask me to send them a picture with the serial number showing and the ends cut off and rendering the broken one trash.
Anyone else deal with this?
## UPDATE ## - UI.com made it right and sent me a label.
