26, male, 5'8'' and around 70kg, no history of illness, hypertension, or diabetes, recent bp trend is at 120/80 to 110/80. I'm not also taking any supplements or working out. I do not drink or smoke

Took an EGFR test and results shows EGFR is 72 with creatinine at 1.35. Would also like to note that the test happened at 6 AM, as I woke up at 5 AM, and drank like 1.5 glasses of water approx 30 mins before test. Is my result affected by being dehydrated after sleep?

Also took a simple urinalysis 2 weeks prior, and shows negative protein and sugar, sp gravity at 1.005, afternoon urine sample.

Should I be worried? Need advice or assurance for this.
