I'm a student going into biochemistry next year and looking for a tablet to help out with the diagrams and math I'll have to be doing.. I have a laptop already, so I'm not particularly concerned about using it for typing things up or anything that would be better suited for a laptop. I'm mostly focused on taking notes and doing practice questions, and I am super organized so I'd really appreciate some features that allow me to organize my work! My laptop is unfortunately really washed out (ThinkPad) which makes it hard to make presentations or watch videos on, so ideally I'd be able to use the tablet for that as well.
In terms of price, it'd ideally be on the more affordable side, under $500. I can afford to spend some more on the accessories if needed, though!
I really don't want an iPad- my family is super against apple.. so maybe a Samsung?
