Hi everyone, does anyone have experience with IUI procedures and related tests, medicines, or injections not being covered under Canada Life insurance?

I had my IUI treatment done at Olive Fertility Surrey, and they told me to submit the claim directly to Canada Life. However, Canada Life reimbursed $0 for the claim.

I’m wondering if I might be missing something during the claim process or if certain documents/codes are required. Any advice or shared experiences would be really appreciated. Thank you!
