hey yall! i’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting 6/1. the complex is University Flats Phase II.
the unit is two bedroom, two bath.

i currently have a roommate who is a female graduate student. she’s very chill and down to earth. the apartment is fully furnished with full amenities. $750 per month plus utilities. pets are allowed. very new apartment. any gender is welcome!
i’m willing to pay $250 cash (or your preferred method) directly to you if you sign the lease starting 6/1. i’m also willing to negotiate this amount !i’m moving across the country unexpectedly and need to get out of my lease asap.
