Wall footing or Grade Beam?
Rmp. Newbie Engineer here. Ano po ba mas effective the pundasyon para sa CHB walling. Yung economical sana at maglalast long. Sabi kasi ng mga seniors ko sa office okay lang wall footing, may iba naman po sabi grade beam 😅. Ano po pros and cons ng dalawa? Tnxxxxx
