Address found by estranged family member - Wales
Hello, I’m not sure if this is quite the right subreddit but I couldn’t think of a more suitable one.
I have been estranged from my father’s side of the family for over 7 years. He would be able to find basic things out about me like the area I live, that I’ve been married etc which has never really bothered me. However today I received a letter from him at my new home address which I have never disclosed to him or his side of the family. It has honestly really freaked me out.
I did the basics, checked the BT registry and the electoral register things like that but none of my information is on it. I genuinely have no idea how he could have found my address. He is however a nurse at the local hospital so could have potentially accessed my address from my medical records but I appreciate this sounds insane as its very extreme if he has so was hoping people could advise other ways it can be done legally because currently I feel very freaked out.
