Played Kayn into Udyr today and decided to give new voltaic a try, the W poke was strong as hell even against shields.

Might be wrong because im low elo, curious about other laners opinions about the change. For me the item sounds solid for harder matchups.

I didnt find the answer anywhere because we beat the scourge pre hardmode my friend plays ranger and dropped barinautical from aqua scourge, then found the bow on wiki and is wondering which is stronger for the wall. and by the way how is he supposed to find rockets for toxicannon pre hardmode
