My mother has rapidly progressing atypical Parkinsonism (possibly PSP) diagnosed within the past few years. She currently struggles with falls, worsening mobility, speech issues, needing help with daily activities like dressing and bathing, and severe depression. We’re focused on symptom management and improving her quality of life
