Our little boy turned 1 a few weeks ago and still barely eats solids. I just don't know what to do anymore. I am pregnant with baby 2 but my boobs are not giving up and producing just as much as before pregnancy. I do however wish for some more independence in the few months before baby 2 comes and also worry about his growth and health of course.

What we tried already:

- giving solids multiple times a day in multiple ways (rapley, puree, together at the table.. ) for months and months

- giving less milk feedings

- not being able to eat doesn't seem the problem: sometimes when he is in a good food mood once a week he can chew well and no problems with gagging etc

All didn't help. His growth also slowed down, but he doesn't seem to care (he was a 99 percentile baby though so also maybe unrealistic to stay there always).

Anyone has gone through the same and when did it change and any advice on how to get him to eat more?
