I am scheduled to take the Construction PE exam in about a week and a half. I have been studying for about 2 months while also balancing several other commitments that have taken a lot of my time. I have been feeling behind and under prepared, but just took the NCEES practice exam.

I completed the practice exam in about 4.5 hours (2 hours on first half/2.5 hours on second half) and scored about a 70% on it without going back to work through problems I wasn't sure about/guessed on. Assuming I would have used an extra hour on the first half and an extra 2 hours on the second half to work through problems I guess on or wasn't sure about, I'd expect to get a score around a 75%-80%. This was surprising to me and felt too easy.

Is the NCEES practice exam that much easier than the real exam? I have SoPE and the NCEES exam. Are these resources going to prepare me well enough or is there something else affordable (~$200) that I should use to review. All I've done so far is go through the SoPE videos and the PDF questions you get. I haven't done any of the easy/medium/hard question bank problems yet.

I feel like I just got some false hope today, and do not want to be underreported. Thank you all
