i dont remember it as much but basically:
the shou died at the start of the story by suicide (i think) without the gong knowing cause he thought that the shuo only moved out of their place. they are former lovers living in the same apartment, apparently, it's the shuo who chased the gong in the early years to be together and now the shou is realizing that it's not worth it.
when the shou died, he became a ghost and attached to the gong. he can't be away for a few meters and so he is stuck by his side 24/7. The shou witnesses the gong's life as a model and even while he have s*x with this particular character (like a third party). There's this moment where the photographer (?) ask the gong to remove his either ring/earring given by shou and before he refused to do so, but now he even throw it away in front of the cast. One day, the gong met someone closed to shuo and learned that he died and the gong did not know. he was in denial, i think he tried going after his house, calling, but nothing.
AFTER MANY MANY SCENES, the gong saw shou's bodym he's actually comatosed not dead and so he returned to hus body, something like that. i think 10-15 chapters only!
