Hiring: Makati Condo Title Transfer Assistant (₱10k + Transpo)
Hi all! Naghahanap ako ng mag-aassist in transferring titles for two condo units in Makati. Since I’m assuming the bank balance, I need someone who knows the ins and outs of bank-involved transfers and the Registry of Deeds.
Medyo overwhelming yung process kasi esp with all the documents involved like the Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, bank requirements, Registry of Deeds, BIR, City Hall, etc. I just want to make sure everything is done properly and walang ma-miss along the way.
Seller will take care some of the legwork like yung pagpunta here and there, etc. I just really need a proactive guide / consultant knug ano yung mga dapat isecure na documents and all.
I NEED you to:
- be makulit with follow-ups sa pagcollate ng documents in our Viber GC (mas makulit, the better!) ----- PINAKAIMPORTANT ITO hehe
- have an experience handling condo title transfers (major plus points kapag may exp sa transfers from a corporation/incorporation to an individual buyer)
- know the process for bank-involved transfers / assumption of balance
- be proactive in guiding and instructing the seller and buyer in the steps that should be taken--required documents, step-by-step process, BIR / City Hall / Registry of Deeds requirements, bank requirements for title release, etc.
- be familiar with the necessary documents and BIR / City Hall process
- start ASAP
Fee: ₱10,000 (Transpo costs on me if necessary).
