Hi, I have 5 years of experience and my interview for a Senior software engineer role ( Minnesota)is scheduled for Tuesday. So far, the recruiter asked a few questions over email and then scheduled a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. Has anyone gone through a similar process? What can I expect in the hiring manager round — more technical, behavioral, or project/resume focused? Any tips would really help. Thanks!
