Thoughts on my chart?
This looks like I ovulated right?
I’m worried because my temps aren’t high yet. Yesterday on oura ring it went up +0.4 then today it back down -0.1 from baseline. Last cycle my temps were so wonky compared to previous cycles where they were elevated throughout the whole lutueal phase.
Can I start my proov balancing oil now or should I wait until ovulation is confirmed?
