Yesterday I updated the printer, it has some filament stuck in the extruder so I disassembled it removed the blockage. I reassembled it, began printing just fine did a 6hr print worked beautifully. Today when I made an attempt to print something the printer would not and it gave me error code HMS 07FF 2000 0002 0002. Now the filament will no longer load into extruder it begins to pull it but stops near the single filament holder and goes back. I’ve tried everything to help resolve this issue but I haven’t had any success. Has anyone had a this issue and how did you resolve it ?? Any feedback and suggestions are appreciated. TIA.
