like the title says some managers aren't ment to be managers

its frustrating as a SSV to remind them how to do there job constantly

reminding them about communication

saying they will work on themselves and apologize when its the same thing

when they cant even figure out themselves

like if you cant handle it its okay to step down!

sorry its just a rant im burnt out
