Definitely don't apply to Fidelity anymore
As an ex-employee, I wouldn't want to work at Fidelity at the news. They announced recent lay offs and are now requiring a 5 day in-office work week. Many of their roles can be done 100% from home which is funny. I think Fidelity is trending down as what once was a great place to work out.
They pay roughly 80-90% of what you could make outside at another firm, so I'm curious to see who of my former colleagues are going to jump ship soon... A lot had already left before and after I left.
