Hi! I’m a 32-year-old female. I was diagnosed with acute gastritis last February 2026, and then with GERD during subsequent check-ups. My initial lab tests showed mild fatty liver, and I tested negative for H. pylori. My whole abdominal ultrasound was also normal.

However, since developing GERD, my bowel movements haven’t been normal. I feel some relief even with just a medium-sized Type 3 stool. It’s now been four days since I last had a decent bowel movement. Whenever I try, I only pass pebble-like stools (Type 1). I’m hoping that the fiber and probiotic supplement I’m currently taking will help improve my bowel movements.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you

UPDATE: I think the fiber with probiotic supplement is effective. I was able to have a BM today. I just took the supplement this morning on an empty stomach.
