Hair Shedding + Lab Results — What Helped You?
I will definitely review these results with my dermatologist, but I wanted to see if anyone here has had similar labs and what helped.
I’m a 34F with hair shedding. My results: ferritin ~53 ng/mL, vitamin D ~35.8 ng/mL, B12 ~1287 pg/mL, iron ~97 µg/dL.
If you’ve had something similar, what supplements or treatments did you try, and did it actually help with hair regrowth or reducing shedding?
