I have a long term goal of running a marathon one day, Im fairly new to running, I've been powerlifting for 15+ years and participated in Hyrox last year on a whim with not much running experience. It went well and I decided to get consistent with my runs. My longest run was 10k. Unfortunately I was hit by a car in January and had to pause training. I'm back to running but taking it slow and not exceeding 4 to 5k. Is it realistic for me to plan for a half marathon in spring 2027 followed by a full marathon in the fall or would I need to train much longer? My current pace for a 5k is 6min/ km I do want to race at a 5min/km pace . Pre accident I was around 5.30min/km
