I am trying to increase the sales of every online business by turning the visitors to customer.
hey my father runs an online business too but sales are still not good i was thinking we can use many tools to bring the visitor to our sites but what about turning visitors to our customer do we have something like that. i am thinking about actually creating something that will help in turning the visitor to a paying customer by adding a chatbot to a site but it may be too generic. a normal chatbot is only for answering questions what about sales. what if an bot(a-i) could understand the user need and behaviour and actually do the sales pitches himself. give them exactly what they want or may be convince them to buy something similar. In recent research it is has been proven that adding a mascot to your business can actually increase your sales by over 50 percent(like duolingo), therefore i am thinking of building a mascot which does all kind of expression and movements(bring mascots to life) that will do the sales on your site like we have human salesperson at the physical store that converts instead of answering. and we can also move the mascot around the screen pointing the product and engaging with the customers too. what do you think of this idea is it worth implementing. your suggestion will be greatly valued.
