Has anyone been successful in getting a debit card for their teen account? We opened an account for my son on day 1, and still have not been able to get a debit card. When we try online, it says fill out PDF and submit. Then it always gets declined. I call and they say it needs to be submitted electronically, but it never works. Has anyone had any luck or success? He will be traveling internationally on a student trip this summer and wants to avoid transaction and ATM fees.
